How do you decide on pricing?I utilize a number of methods 1. I research current retail pricing and mark down 40-60% 2. I research competitors of similar products on second hand platforms/spaces - and tend to mark down a bit lower than these 3. I research availability or desirability of the products (how easy are they to find) 4. I also maintain my own ethical code - “would I pay this price for this product myself?”

How do I shop with you?You can browse all available items on my website - if you are looking for a specific item/size - you can search within the categories of all available items Payment accepted - credit & e-transfer - however items are not held without payment, so it will be considered available until paid for. Cash payments are an option and can be discussed with me. Local pick up at my west end home (I have a pick up bin outside my door), or Canada-Wide shipping is available (shipping paid by customer)

What do you accept?Pretty much anything in excellent, gently used condition. Clothes (all sizes/ gender/ brands), toys, books, household items, decor, etc. Quality and condition are the most important factors Please reach out if you have questions about specific items. I reserve the right to decide what’s acceptable or not (which could also include “sellability” and sought after items)

How do I consign with you?All information on my consignment program is here. There is currently a waitlist to be onboarded as a client. Apply here. I have a detailed tracking system for clients - once I have availability to take them on - you’ll hear from me to complete the next step of intake.

What is required before I drop off my items?

How do you present your available items?I do weekly “drops” to my website (50 to 100 items per drop) which could include pretty well any category (children's clothes, books, toys, household goods, adult clothing, footwear, etc) Highlights of new available items will be shared to social media platforms. Once items are SOLD (paid for) - the items are removed. I also utilize online selling platforms like Poshmark - and upload there with my drops.

How long is your wait list?It truly depends on space and my workload/schedule capabilities. Realistically the wait list is anywhere from 3 months to 1 year.
